About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Air Force Test Center's Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. The Government is seeking sources capable of providing a test control sequencer system to replace and modernize the existing system and associated software packages that are becoming obsolete. The system must support a test cell that provides ground test simulations for solid-propellant rocket motors across a wide range of simulated pressure altitudes. Responses must be submitted by 1:00 PM Central Time on February 12, 2026, via email to Ms. Brooke Vandeman at brooke.vandeman@us.af.mil.
Interested companies should submit company information (name, address, contact details), their System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, a description of primary technical capability, a budgetary estimate for project tasks, and a schedule estimate. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is listed as "to-be-determined." The notice explicitly disclaims that this is an informational announcement only, not a formal solicitation or commitment to award a contract, and clarifies that no funds are available to compensate respondents for their submissions. Additional details regarding the requirement are provided in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).
