● Must be able to fully integrate via open API with electronic athlete management systems (Smartabase) and import other data integration tools.
● Ability to perform all fundamental platform tasks on a desktop or via a mobile application.
● Ability to send mass email, SMS (via long code), and voice communications, including the ability to schedule messages for delivery at future dates.
● Communications methods must include individual or group messages, as well as “message blasts” which are one-way communications only (e.g. recipients cannot reply to other recipients, only to the sender).
● Ability to track delivery of messages, SMS, and emails and their open/read statuses.
● Ability to securely house and share documents, forms and other related information and share them with users based on permissions.

● Ability to track the attendance of users at calendar events, specifically through a “check-in” functionality which allows the scanning of a QR code by the user which automatically confirms and records their attendance.
● Must have a “Sign-Up” calendar functionality, where a calendar time slot for an event with a user-specified number of available slots can be pushed out to a specific group of users, and users can sign-up for that event on a first-come, first-served basis.
● Ability to display a centralized calendar of choice, including customer-specific logo, on an internet-connected monitor (e.g. in a team room) via a custom URL.
● Ability to generate automatic alerts and messages for calendar appointments and custom reporting for communications.
● Ability for administrative users to create wizard-driven data collection forms to capture information from users, including a range of questions including multiple choice, checkbox, short answer, numerical answer, drop down and number scale.
● Ability to assign and push out data collection forms to specific users by group or individual selection.
● Ability to associate family members with a specific DoD service member (e.g. their spouse) user account in the platform.
● Ability to execute all travel planning (e.g. itineraries, task lists, rooming lists, rosters) in one centralized location.
● Ability to add custom fields to user profiles.
● Ability to add custom notes to users.
● Ability to provide granular access to all users, including support staff, coordinators, etc.
● Ability to create a centralized location for user data.
● Ability to audit individual users’ usage.
● Ability to restrict access to data.
● Must have an open API which allows data to be pulled from and sent to the platform for user profiles, calendar items and custom tasks.
