About this file

This Sources Sought notice is from the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC EXWC) for a Critical Power Systems Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The procurement seeks a single award electrical contractor to provide comprehensive critical power systems services globally, including design, procurement, installation, renovation, integration, replacement, alteration, technology refresh, troubleshooting, assessments, testing, maintenance, and repair. The contract will have a 60-month base period with a six-month option, using Firm Fixed Price (FFP) pricing, and is classified under NAICS Code 238210 with an annual size standard of $19.0 million.

Interested parties must submit a response by 13 January 2026, providing company details, CAGE code, DUNS number, entity type, and a 10-page capability statement. This replaces a similar $53M contract awarded in 2021, and the notice is strictly for market research to understand vendor capabilities. The procurement will use FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, and no solicitation is currently available. Vendors are advised that this is a market research effort only, with no guarantee of future contract award.
