About this file

This document is a Solicitation Amendment for a State of North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services North Dakota State Hospital (NDSH) solicitation for a Hematology Analyzer. The solicitation requires a benchtop hematology analyzer with a closed mode sampler and a 6-part automated differential with IG% IG#. The original solicitation number is 325-24-900-041, and the bid response deadline is August 29, 2024, at 12:00 PM CT. The amendment addresses various questions and clarifications related to the solicitation, including exceptions to contract terms, electronic signatures, and connectivity requirements.

The estimated annual volume is 3,500 CBC tests, and the solicitation requires completion of Attachments A and B. Vendors are allowed to propose exceptions to the contract terms and conditions in Section 6, but they are not permitted to submit their own contract or standard terms and conditions. The amendment also confirms that NDSH will not consider removing the Orchard Lab Information System requirement or allowing the submission of Attachments A and B post-award.
