Debriefings will be conducted as soon as feasible following completion of travel, duty, or visit to a foreign country, or attendance at a conference with foreign personnel by an ACI Special Agent. Failure to receive training does not relieve individuals from their reporting responsibilities in chapter 4 of this regulation.
