The base year contract requires eight months of service delivery from June 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027, with an optional four-month extension from February 1, 2027 through May 31, 2027. Line items include services for the general NAS Key West facility (0001 and 1001) and separate pricing for Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) operations (0002 and 1002). All pricing must be submitted electronically to James Keegan and Samantha Ballance via email, with quotes strictly limited to price information and completed solicitation documents. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system using Invoice 2in1 document types. The contract incorporates FAR and DFARS clauses addressing small business requirements, security protocols, telecommunications restrictions, and various compliance certifications. Quotes must remain valid for 180 days, and the Government intends to make award based on initial quotes without negotiation.
