About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Network Switch Refresh procurement issued by the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to be awarded to a women-owned small business (WOSB) concern.
The solicitation H9225726QE020 requires the supply of Cisco networking equipment organized in three groups. Group A consists of 14 Cisco C8300 Series Secure Routers (model C8375-E-G2++) with associated components including memory upgrades, storage modules, power supplies, network interface modules, software licenses, and support services. Group B specifies one Cisco C8400 Series Secure Router (model C8475-G2++) with comparable supporting equipment and services. Group C calls for licensing items including Cisco Routing Advantage licenses in both Large and XLarge configurations, plus management software for routing. All items must be delivered to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina (DoDAAC M20970) by July 31, 2026. The solicitation is set aside 100 percent for women-owned small businesses under NAICS code 334210, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Quotes must be submitted via email to Ger.yang.mil@socom.mil and Krissia.I.avelares.mil@socom.mil no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Time on June 15, 2026. The Government will award to the responsible quoter offering the exact specified brand name products at the lowest price (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method). Unit pricing must be provided for each line item, with firm fixed pricing arrangements specified throughout. Payment will be processed through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) with routing to HQ0871 as the pay official.
