About this file
Attachment 7 details the FDA's Secure Electronic Mail System requirements for the Access to Outpatient Longitudinal Data Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (Solicitation 75F40125R00037). The document specifies that contractors must obtain a commercial grade U.S. Domestic 1024-bit key certificate by sending a signed message to securemail@fda.hh.gov with the subject line "External Secure Electronic Mail". Upon receipt, an email administrator will provide further instructions on the certification process.
The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) is responsible for ensuring the contractor fully adheres to the secure email system certification process. This attachment is part of a broader solicitation for a multiple-award IDIQ contract by the Department of Health and Human Services Food and Drug Administration, which anticipates issuing two awards with a potential reserved slot for a small business concern.
