About this file
Attachment 1 is a comprehensive Data Characteristics Table for an Outpatient Prescription and Patient Level Data Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract solicitation. The detailed table requires potential offerors to provide extensive information about their healthcare data capabilities, including specifics on data collection, demographics, prescription details, patient characteristics, and technical infrastructure. Key requirements include demonstrating the ability to provide granular data across multiple dimensions such as prescriber specialties, patient age groups, geographic regions, payment methods, drug coding systems, and diagnostic codes.
The solicitation seeks vendors who can provide robust outpatient prescription data with capabilities like identifying new versus refill prescriptions, capturing drug administration claims, assessing concomitant medication use, and offering user-defined data analysis periods. The government anticipates making two awards, with a minimum of one reserved for a small business, under NAICS code 541519 with a size standard of $34 million or 150 employees. Offerors must have active SAM.gov registration and will be evaluated on technical capability, pricing, and overall value to the government, with both the IDIQ contract and Task Order #1 being solicited concurrently through the Department of Health and Human Services Food and Drug Administration.
