This solicitation is being solicited as a total small business set-aside.
The construction cost magnitude for this work is between $10,000,000.00 and
$20,000,000.00.
The contractor shall complete the work in accordance with F.1 52.211-10.
Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work (Apr 1984)
Establish contractor Question and Answer (Q&A) cut-off date. The final date for contractor Q&A is 1400 Mountain Standard Time, on January 24th, 2024. 12:10pm PST. To attend the site visit interested offers must adhere the provision requirements located in L.22 52.236-27. Preregistration will close January 16th at 1300 PST.
1. Attendees should expect winter weather conditions. Please plan and dress accordingly.
Attendees should plan on walking approximately
1-2 miles to tour the site.
2. Attendees are required to bring Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE). Appropriate PPE shall be worn throughout the duration of the site visit
(i.e. hard hats, safety shoes, safety vests, and safety glasses).
