FY26 Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Full Service at the Natchez National Historical Park.
The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Natchez National Historical Park.
It is the intent of this service contract(s) to all labor, supervision, travel, tools, testing equipment, diagnostic equipment, access equipment, replacement parts, incidental materials, documentation, reporting, and all other resources necessary to provide a comprehensive full-service agreement for covered fire alarm systems, covered fire sprinkler systems, and portable fire extinguishers located at Natchez National Historical Park.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541990. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract.
The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience.
Bidders must be able to provide a registered UEI# and references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
Bids must arrive by electronical to tclark@ios.doi.gov by the closing date noted in this solicitation.
