LARGE FAN PROJECT

SITE VISIT INFORMATION

An on-site visit to Hill Air Force Base, Utah is mandatory in order to provide an accurate quote for the installation of 53 fans in accordance with and as outlined in the Statement of Work. The on-site visit will be held 30 March 2021 at 9:00 am Mountain Time. A maximum of three employees per offeror are permitted. The following is required from those planning to attend prior to the visit:

· Name of individuals attending site visit

· State or country of birth

· All visitors are required to have a valid state issued ID card

· Drivers will need a valid Driver License, current vehicle registration and proof of insurance to obtain a base pass

· Visitors may be disapproved or already approved visitors may be denied access in certain situations, such as real-world force protection condition (FPCON) of BRAVO or higher

Please notify Willie Little willie.little@us.af.mil or Brad Tobler bradley.tobler.2@us.af.mil of your intent to attend the site visit as soon as possible. Further instructions will be provided including additional information that offerors will be required to provide to attend the site visit. This information will be due no later than 23 March 2021.

Please be advised of the following:

Security Forces will only let an individual be sponsored on base for a total of 90 days (three passes) within a 12 month period. Any contractor’s employee who has received three passes (for a total of 90 days) during a 12 month period will be unable to obtain an additional pass until the end of 12 month period. This is not by Calendar Year or Fiscal Year, this is from the date of the first pass and runs until the end of the 12 month period. This is not for the contractor/company but for each individual.

In order to receive a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) identification card an individual must be the employee of a contractor fulfilling an existing Government contract. DBIDS are only good for the duration of the contract for which it was issued.
