The Contracting Officer retains sole discretion to determine which questions warrant responses.

(SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE MANDATORY FOR THIS SOLICATION):
June 3rd, 2026 at 10:00am local time.
If you wish to attend the site visit please send an email to kelly.wright@usda.gov and dave.wood@usda.gov with the title “1232SA26Q0642 Site Visit Registration” please include the name(s) of those attending, along with company information. Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered they will not be permitted on the site visit. The site visit registration deadline June 2nd, 2026, any registration request received after June 2nd, 2026 will not be accepted.
Attendees should be employed by the prime contractor that intends to provide an offer for this solicitation. Subcontractor attendees are allowed to attend, and shall identify which prime contractor they are attending with on the sign in roster sheet. Prime contractors may send proxy subcontractors to represent them in this capacity, given they clearly identify on the sign in sheet what prime contractor they are representing on the site visit. Subcontractors that fail to disclose on the sign in roster which prime contractor they are representing as a proxy, then that prime contractor will not be given credit as attending the mandatory site visit.
Questions
Questions shall be submitted via email to kelly.wright@usda.gov and are due no later than June 5th, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email. Contracting Officer has the sole discretion to determine if a question deems needing an answer or not.
