All finishes must match the existing building.

The contract requires the provision of all necessary power circuits, thermostats, control wiring, piping, fire alarm, and shop drawings for a turnkey HVAC system. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and ensuring the work is installed per CBJTC standards and manufacturer recommendations. The project includes a one-year parts and labor warranty, and a five-year manufacturer compressor warranty.
