The addendum modifies the original bidding documents and provides answers to questions, clarifications, and modifications related to the project. Key details include the requirement for the contractor to submit a list of employees who could work on the project, acceptable HVAC equipment specifications, the need to provide concrete pads for the equipment, electrical requirements, sheet metal fabrication specifications, and confirmation that the existing units will be disposed of by the agency. The Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda is also included, which outlines the project description, site conditions, bid submission requirements, bonds and insurance, and the contract award process. The contract opportunity is located in Florida, with the primary jurisdictions being St. Johns County and St. Petersburg City.

The addendum also specifies that Performance and Labor and Material Bonds are required for contracts over $100,000, and that Builders Risk and Occupancy Contingency Policy (OCP) insurance is required for this project. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder that submits the lowest price for the base bid or base bid plus alternate bid items. Award of this contract is contingent upon funding from the State of Florida.
