About this file

This document appears to be a series of questions and answers related to Amendment 02 of a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Aberdeen Testing Center - PAAF Taxiway and Apron Remarking project. The RFQ is a Firm Fixed Price, Construction Type Purchase Order for work at the US Army Aberdeen Test Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground. The project involves removing and repainting faded/degraded lines on the runway and ramps at the PAAF facility. The contractor will be responsible for clearing vegetation where necessary, but not for repairing any deteriorated concrete or asphalt. The method of award will be based on the evaluation factors in Section M. The Project Site Manager must be present whenever work is performed. Pricing should be provided per the RFQ, and the government will consider teaming partner/subcontractor past performance. The OSHA 30 certification is required, and the MDE Responsible Person certification has been removed. Photos and a description of the existing conditions will be provided separately.

Answer: Section B will not be updated, pricing should be provided per RFQ.
