About this file
This is a Single Feasible Source (SFS) solicitation (No. SFSK25000091) issued by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Water Resources Center, seeking to purchase Stevens HydraProbe Pro Soil Sensors for expanding the state's soil monitoring infrastructure. The procurement targets the acquisition and installation of up to 26 additional soil sensors at groundwater monitoring stations, building upon an existing network of 23 stations. The solicitation is open to all vendors and will be active from July 15, 2024, at 8:00 AM CDT through July 19, 2024, at 5:00 PM CDT, with delivery terms specified as Free On Board Destination.
The solicitation emphasizes technological consistency with established state and national soil monitoring methodology standards, specifically aligning with the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Soil Climate Analysis Network (SCAN) standards. No specific total contract value is disclosed, and the procurement is designated as a single feasible source, suggesting Stevens HydraProbe Pro Soil Sensors are considered the most appropriate solution for the state's monitoring needs. The primary contact for this procurement is Brenda Kaden at the DNR, located in Jefferson City, Missouri. Vendors are advised that they are solely responsible for ensuring timely submission of their responses and must account for potential technical support requirements during the submission process.
