About this file
This is a Single Feasible Source (SFS) solicitation document from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for Stevens HydraProbe Pro Soil Sensors. The DNR Water Resources Center aims to expand its soil monitoring program by purchasing and installing Stevens HydraProbes at up to twenty-six additional groundwater monitoring stations, adding to the twenty-three existing monitoring stations. The solicitation period runs from July 15, 2024, at 8:00:00 AM CDT through July 19, 2024, at 5:00:00 PM CDT. The soil sensors were selected based on state and national standards in soil monitoring methodology and are currently used by USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Soil Climate Analysis Network (SCAN) stations.
The solicitation specifies Free On Board Destination delivery terms and vendor-specified payment terms. While the estimated total value is not disclosed, the solicitation is open to all vendors. The procurement is structured as a single feasible source opportunity, indicating Stevens HydraProbe Pro Soil Sensors are considered the sole viable solution for maintaining consistency with existing monitoring infrastructure and compliance with state and national standards. The solicitation has been designated as having no line items, and questions should be directed to Brenda Kaden at the DNR office in Jefferson City, Missouri.
