About this file
This is a Single Feasible Source (SFS) solicitation (No. SFSK25000091) issued by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Water Resources Center, for Stevens HydraProbe Pro Soil Sensors. The solicitation seeks to purchase and install up to twenty-six additional groundwater monitoring stations with Stevens HydraProbe sensors, expanding the state's existing soil monitoring program that currently has twenty-three monitoring stations. The solicitation is open to all vendors and will be active from July 15, 2024, at 8:00 AM CDT to July 19, 2024, at 5:00 PM CDT, with delivery terms specified as Free On Board Destination.
The solicitation does not specify a total estimated value and uses vendor-specified payment terms. The sensor selection is based on state and national soil monitoring standards, with the chosen HydraProbes currently used by the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Soil Climate Analysis Network (SCAN) stations. The primary contact for this solicitation is Brenda Kaden at the DNR, located in Jefferson City, Missouri, who can be reached at 573-751-0875 or brenda.kaden@dnr.mo.gov. The solicitation emphasizes vendor responsibility for timely submission and warns that failure to allow adequate time for response, particularly if technical support is needed, could result in the response not being accepted.
