For the purposes of this solicitation, "relevant" refers to work that is similar in scope, magnitude, and complexity to the requirements described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Past performance or experience will be considered relevant when the nature of the work demonstrates the offeror's capability to successfully perform the tasks required under this acquisition. Relevance will be assessed based on the degree of similarity to the current requirement and the extent to which the prior effort provides a meaningful indicator of expected performance.

For the purposes of this solicitation, "recent" is defined as work performed within the last five (5) years. Offerors shall submit up to three examples of recent and relevant past performance completed during this period. Each example should clearly describe the scope, magnitude, and complexity of the work to allow the Government to assess its applicability to the requirements of this acquisition. In evaluating past performance, the Government will consider efforts performed as a prime contractor to be of greater relevance than those performed as a subcontractor, as primelevel performance more directly demonstrates an offeror's capability to manage and execute the full breadth of contract requirements.
