The U.S. Coast Guard is accepting quotes for qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the flooring at Coast Guard Station Brunswick in accordance with the Statement of Work.
All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify all work details and become familiar with the existing conditions under which the work will be performed prior to submitting their quotes. A single designated site visit will be held at 9:00 AM EST on April 8, 2026. To sign up for the site visit, please contact MK1 Cade Donker at cade.m.donker@uscg.mil at least 24 hours in advance. Site visits outside this time frame are not authorized.

The Government will award a firm fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerer whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-2.
Technically acceptable is defined as the offerer's ability to meet all the requirements/salient characteristics identified in the Statement of Work and the offeror's demonstrated ability to perform the contract successfully through Past Performance. Only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability.
