About this file
This is a seller checklist document for the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department's PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Program, applicable to a small order purchase for Envisionware X25 Kiosks with SideCars. The checklist outlines the procedural steps required for vendors submitting quotes through the PHLContracts online platform. Sellers must complete all required tabs—including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary—to submit a valid bid. The procurement will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All items must be quoted to be eligible for award, and vendors are instructed not to deliver products or provide services until notified by the department.
The checklist requires sellers to confirm their role in the system, determine Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status, enter unit costs and discounts for each item, answer all mandatory questions, accept terms and conditions, and submit required attachments. Sellers must save and continue after completing each tab to clear validation warnings before final submission. While specific pricing information, set-asides, contract term details, and funding sources are not detailed in this checklist document itself, vendors should refer to the associated bid solicitation for complete specifications, pricing requirements, and any applicable preferences or restrictions related to this procurement opportunity.
