Given that the actual contract specification document was not uploaded with this image, I cannot provide a detailed summary of the STAR Center AHU 1, 3, 9 Replacement project. Based on the provided description, this appears to be a turn-key air handler unit replacement project in Florida involving the supply and installation of three rooftop air handler units (AHU-1, AHU-3, and AHU-9). The project will include custom insulated curb adapters and new Distech direct digital control components that will integrate with the existing control system. The units are to be fully assembled and factory-supplied with all associated options and accessories, with specific details available in attached plans and specifications.

Reinspection Procedure: Upon receipt of Contractor's notice that the work has been completed, including punch-list items resulting from earlier inspections, and excepting incomplete items delayed because of acceptable circumstances, the Design Professional will reinspect the work. Upon completion of reinspection, the Design Professional will either prepare certificate of final acceptance or advise Contractor of work not completed or obligations not fulfilled as required for final acceptance. If necessary, procedure will be repeated.
C. Record Sample Submittal: Immediately prior to date(s) of substantial completion, the Design Professional and the Owner will meet with Contractor at site, and will determine which (if any) of submitted samples maintained by Contractor during progress of the work are to be retained by the Owner.
