About this file

Summary of SE_11404_Attachment_4_-_MQ_Response_Template.docx

This document is a Minority Quotation (MQ) Response Template provided by the City and County of San Francisco Office of Contract Administration for the Technology Marketplace 3.0 Micro LBE Set-Aside solicitation (TC99421). The template is designed to facilitate responses from proposers seeking to provide Information Technology commodities and services to City Departments on an as-needed basis through the City's Technology Marketplace program. The template standardizes the format and structure for minority-owned businesses to submit their qualifications and pricing proposals in response to this procurement opportunity, which targets Micro Local Business Enterprises (Micro LBEs) as part of the set-aside process.

The MQ Response Template establishes uniform requirements for proposers to demonstrate their eligibility, capabilities, and pricing for IT commodities and services. By providing a standardized response format, the template ensures consistency in proposal evaluation and administration while supporting the City's commitment to fostering economic participation by minority and locally-based businesses. This set-aside designation is explicitly selected as part of the Technology Marketplace 3.0 initiative, which reserves contracting opportunities for qualified Micro LBE vendors as defined by San Francisco's local business enterprise program.
