Scott Air Force Base Visitor Pass Request Instructions

No formal registration is required to attend this event.

However, Scott AFB access is restricted to those with installation access credentials. If you do not have appropriate credentials to access the installation, a visitor pass is required. In order to facilitate each visitor pass request/approval, you must provide the following information for each member of your company requiring a visitor pass no later than 09 January 2026:

· FULL NAME - First, Middle, Last (no nicknames)

· DATE OF BIRTH (e.g., 01/01/1950)

· VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE STATE & NUMBER (e.g., IL P123-456-7890) Above information must be sent via email to: transcom.scott.tcaq.mbx.d-industry-day@mail.mil.

All visitors must have a state (Real ID Act compliant) or federally issued photo identification card.

All visitors will be subject to a background check. Any criminal history discovered will be matched against pre-determined disqualifiers and may result in denial of the request.

Once your request is approved, someone will reach out to you with information on how to obtain your pass on the day of the event.

On the day of the event, each visitor will show their driver’s license along with their pass to the gate guard in order to gain access to the installation.

Due to the amount of time required to gain visitor pass approval, no visitor pass requests will be accepted after 4PM CT 09 January 2026.
