About this file
This Scope of Work document pertains to an underground spill tank inspection project in Oregon, specifically at the John Day Metal shop facility. The project involves the inspection of a buried tank of approximately 500 gallons in capacity located on the east side of the John Day Metal shop. The tank is designed to collect potentially contaminated fluids that may have spilled in the paint booth area. The primary objective is to inspect the tank for leaks and assess its current condition. The scope of work outlines the technical requirements and inspection protocols that the contractor must follow to thoroughly evaluate the tank's integrity and identify any potential environmental contamination risks.
The document establishes the detailed inspection procedures, testing methodologies, and documentation requirements that the selected contractor must complete. Specific information regarding pricing terms, contract duration, award dates, site visit scheduling, and submission deadlines should be referenced in the associated contract opportunity documents. The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive reporting of findings, including any identified leaks, structural deficiencies, or environmental concerns related to the underground storage tank system.
