About this file
This Scope of Work document outlines construction requirements for Citrus County, Florida's Southwest Regional Water Reclamation Facility (SWRWRF) Reclaimed Water System project. The project encompasses approximately 22,000 feet of transmission mains, a 1.0 million gallon ground storage tank, high-service and booster pump stations, and associated infrastructure to distribute reclaimed water from the SWRWRF to Sugarmill Woods and Citrus National Golf Courses. Specific deliverables at the SWRWRF include a flow splitter box with SCADA-controlled automated valving, approximately 1,200 feet of 24-inch gravity pipe, one 1-megagallon prestressed concrete ground storage tank, a high-service pump station with hydropneumatic tank and magnetic flow meter, site grading and paving, electrical infrastructure in a new electrical building, and instrumentation and controls improvements with telemetry and SCADA integration. The distribution system to Sugarmill Woods Golf Course requires approximately 4 miles of reclaimed water piping in 8, 12, 16, and 18-inch diameters, plus a pre-engineered booster pump station with flow meter and hydropneumatic tank. The distribution system to Citrus National Golf Course requires approximately 1 mile of 8-inch PVC reclaimed water main piping with associated valving, fittings, and a pressure-controlling valve structure at the outfall.
The Scope of Work document does not specify pricing terms, response deadlines, due dates, site visit requirements, bidders' conferences, award dates, contract terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or funding sources and amounts. These details would typically be found in the associated Invitation to Bid (ITB 26-196) and contract documents.

SCOPE OF WORK
General Scope of Work: Southwest Regional Water Reclamation Facility (SWRWRF) Reclaimed Water System
The project generally includes upgrades to the SWRWRF for the installation of a splitter box, high service pump station, storage for the reclaimed water, and a new distribution system from the SWRWRF to the Sugarmill Woods and Citrus National Golf courses.
Southwest Regional Water Reclamation Facility (SWRWRF) Upgrades:
A flow splitter box with supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) controlled automated valving to direct water to the existing RIBs or to the proposed RCW system
Approximately 1200 feet of 24-inch gravity pipe to transfer water from SWRWRF to the RCW system
One 1-MG prestressed concrete Ground Storage Tank
One High-Service Pump Station (HSPS) with a hydropneumatic tank and magnetic flow meter at the SWRWRF
Site grading, drainage, and paving
Electrical infrastructure in a new electrical building and associated power, lighting, and appurtenances for the
HSPS
Instrumentation and controls improvements including telemetry and SCADA integration of the HSPS and BPS into the SWRWRF controls system
Distribution System to the Sugarmill Woods Golf Course:
Approximately 4 miles of RCW distribution piping, including diameters of 8, 12, 16 and 18 inches
One Booster Pump Station (BPS) at the Sugarmill Woods Golf Course which will be a pre-engineered skid-mounted system enclosed in a building with a flow meter and a hydropneumatic tank
Site grading, drainage, and paving
Distribution System to the Citrus National Golf Course:
Approximately 1 mile of 8-inch PVC RCW main piping including all associated valving and fittings
A pressure-controlling valve and structure at the end outfall on Citrus National Golf Course Property
