Scope of Work Security System Installation

1. The 21 Special Tactics Squadron (STS) has identified the necessity to replace the current CCTV security system for building 134, located at 1520 Hurst Street, Fort Bragg NC, 28308.

2. The current system has become non-operational due to an electrical surge. The system has failing cameras and recording device(s) not capable of being repaired.

3. The following recently procured government equipment is required to be installed:

• TP-Link 16

• Port 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet PoE Switch

• 16 PoE

• Ports @194W, w/2 Uplink Gigabit Ports + 2 Combo SFP Slots

• UPS-750VA

• Back up UPS 750 VA, 450 Watt

• Patch Cables Cat 6

• CAT6 BLUE CMR MIN. COMP. CALBE 250 MHz, 3000 ft

• Installation of the C2 computer must be completed by the vendor/integrator.

• Replace Eight 5MP indoor/outdoor zoom dome.

• Expandable software/hardware, this is to ensure the CCTV infrastructure will be able to expand with the addition of buildings or equipment.

• Capable of being remotely controlled/viewed from smart devices, tablets, and computers.

• Grouping feature, allowing for floor/building/campus sets.

• Power supply must be included/completed by the vendor/integrator.

• Testing of system and training of Security manager and facility manager must be completed by the vendor/integrator.

• Installation must include mounting of all devices, as well as conduit and cable runs.

• Warranty agreement with service, for instances where a device fails.

• Design must cover all walkways, recreational areas, and common areas (day rooms) on campus.
