About this file

This document contains a draft statement of work for a multiple award task order contract to obtain fixed-wing aircraft and qualified personnel for administration and protection of public lands. Services required include daily coverage for special use missions supporting fire, project, resource, law enforcement, and point-to-point administrative flights. Aircraft may support interagency and cooperative agreements for use by federal and state agencies and private landholders. The Department of Agriculture Forest Service is the contracting agency. Responses are due by September 30th and an industry day will be held on October 25th in Boise, Idaho. Contractors must agree in writing to perform law enforcement flights if requested and relief personnel may be necessary for 7-day weekly coverage during the period of performance.
