About this file

This is a draft statement of work for a multiple award task order contract solicitation to obtain fixed-wing aircraft services to support land management activities. The Forest Service intends to award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for aircraft equipped and operated to support missions including fire, resource, law enforcement, and cargo transport. Relief crews may be required for daily coverage during mandatory availability periods specified in task orders. Aircraft may support interagency partners under cooperative agreements. The notice schedules an industry day on October 25, 2022 and requests comments on the draft statement of work by September 30, 2022. Eligible offerors will provide fixed-wing aircraft, required equipment, and qualified personnel to perform special use missions as tasked by the Forest Service.
