About this file

This is a Pricing Schedule Template (Schedule B) for the Michigan Crisis and Access Line RFP 260000000897, detailing personnel and operational costs for a crisis services contract. The proposal includes two primary staffing positions: a Call Line Manager at $42.00 per hour (1 full-time equivalent position) responsible for day-to-day operations, and Crisis Specialists at $26.00 per hour (4 positions representing 2 full-time equivalents, indicating part-time deployment at 50% time allocation). These crisis specialists handle calls, chats, and texts. The personnel costs total $195,520.00 annually based on standard full-time hours (2,080 hours for the manager and 1,040 hours per specialist). Contractual fringe benefits are applied at a total rate of 14%, consisting of 7% for health insurance and 7% for Social Security/Medicare contributions.

The proposal includes $10,500 in supplies costs, specifically for seven laptops at $1,500 each to support the crisis specialists' operations. The total contract request amounts to $206,020.00. The pricing structure uses hourly rates with clearly defined full-time equivalent calculations to distinguish between the number of positions (4 crisis specialists) and actual full-time commitments (2 FTEs), allowing for flexible staffing deployment. No other contractual line items, set-asides, or renewal options are specified in this pricing template.

Should this # match the # positions. I’m confused between these two columns Reply:

I'm not sure how these numbers were changed as they don't match what I had uploaded, my apologies. Updating the numbers. The difference in the two columns is number of positions (4 crisis specialists) and FTE is full time equivalent (2 full time positions). Meaning there are 4 50% time positions. It makes more sense with the correct numbers in there, sorry!$108,160.00These positions answer calls, chats, and texts
