Summary of Changes To RFP SAQMMA14R0308
Statement of Work
· Sections 3, Scope - revised for clarity.
· Section 4.1.3, Networking – background coloring removed.
· Section 4.1.9, Systems Management Suite – revised to remove “systems must also be manageable using our existing network and server management systems.” One additional requirement added.
· Section 4.1.10, Security – Reference to FIPS 180-2 removed; Reference to FIPS 180-4, Secure Hash Standard, added for accuracy.
Domestic Data Center
· Section 4.2.2, Networking – Throughput and port count requirements changed; Configurable Ports and Gateway added.
· Section 4.2.3, Storage – Tiered Storage – “or equivalent” added to the three levels; Availability – requirement added; Capability – “or equivalent” added; one requirement revised; two additional requirements added.
· Section 4.2.4, Computing – additional requirement added for HCL; also Intel Model 2690 changed to reflect Intel Model 2850 or equivalent; Data Center Management Table revised to add Type Column (Requirements) added; Compute Sizing, section added; Blade Compute section revised to reflect DECA CORE Processor E7-2850 equivalent or better requirement for 95Watts or lower deleted.
· Section 4.2.5, UPS – Note added for clarity regarding power requirements for the Domestic Data Center.
· Section 4.2.6, Backup/Disaster Recovery/Data Offshoring – RPO, RTO and Retention targets added.
· Section 4.2.9, Implementation and Migration – Migration: migration plan changed to read migration guide.
· Section 4.2.10, Domestic Data Center Baseline Configuration - new paragraph and table added.
Remote Office
· Section 4.3.2 Networking – two references to Section 4.3.5 “VM Minimum Configuration” changed to reflect correct Section 4.3.4.
· Section 4.3.4, Computing – VM Minimum Configuration, requirement for IOPS Read/Write deleted.
· Section 4.3.5, UPS – Power Input Hertz requirement added. Minimum specifications Capacity change to “no less than 10 minutes” for clarity.
· Section 4.3.6, Backup/Disaster Recovery/Data Offshoring – Multi Schedule without space impact, requirements changed. RPO, RTO and Retention requirements added.
· Section 4.3.9, Implementation and Migration – Section revised significantly. Previous data contained in Section L relocated to SOW Implementation and Migration section. Selected bullets clarified and revised.
· Section 8 – There are now 10 Optional Tasks.

· Volume I: Technical/Management – Tab D and E added
· Volume III: Cost / Price – Tab C added
· Section L.2.3 Volume I, Technical/Management – Revised significantly, Tabs A through Tab E added, section renumbered; Implementation and Migration paragraphs deleted from Section L.
· Section L.2.5.1, Tab A: Life-Cycle Cost Model, section revised to include additional details on how to complete the LCCM.

· Section M.3.2.3.2 Past Performance Reference Evaluation Criteria – the word “references” was added to the second sentence.
Technical Compliance Matrix
· Revised to include Management Factors and to reflect current SOW
