There are several items is the government’s Schedule B, especially licenses, that CISCO is stating they cannot provide unit pricing. These are items which are included as part of an overall system and are not sold separately. Can the government consider either removing those items or allow the offerer to either enter an amount of zero or state “included” for those line items. | Yes, it is permissible to enter not separately priced (NSP). If a line item is NSP, offeror must state the price is included in CLIN 0XX in the Attachment B.
CLIN 0041 Part Number ‘CTI‐8000‐PWR‐AC’ is not listed as a single item part that can be ordered from CISCO. Might we suggest using ‘PWR‐CORD‐US‐15AMP=’ as the correct single item part number or removing this item or allow the offerer to either enter an amount of zero or state "included" for those line item. | See Question #88.
The released Q&A in A003 identifies “zero dollar line items”. Will the government please identify all zero dollar line items”? We have identified other parts listed that Cisco does not price separately. | No. It is up to the offeror to determine their pricing.
Is it correct to assume many items on your list are “zero dollar items” that Cisco does not sell separately? If so, what does the government want Bidders to put in the Attachment B. pricing cells for these items non-priceable items? | See Question #88.
The Government provided Attachment D GPAT template form is not Section 508 compliant. Amendment 003 changes the Government’s previous instruction of not reformatting any proposal submittal documents by requiring the submission of Attachment D as a Section 508 compliant document. Meeting this new requirement involves reformatting the document, performing a series of tests with assistive technologies, and conducting quality control checks. | The Attachment D GPAT template shall be submitted in the same format attached to the RFP that the Government provided. As stated in Amendment 003 offerors should not reformat the Attachments. RFP Provision L-024 “Section 508 Deliverable Requirements” is amended to DELETE the following language:
Offeror shall complete and submit the attached GPAT in an electronic/soft copy that is Section 508 accessible/compliant.
