Answer6: Per the instructions in L.11.2.2 Past Performance Experience, “If the Offeror or each partner in the joint venture has no performance history or relevant experience, provide a list of references where the key personnel and management worked on similar contracts.” There are nine (9) questions that follow to be answered using other relevant experience.
Additionally, if the company’s past experience is in support of an activity other than an American Embassy or a major Federal agency, then provide a detailed discussion how the technical ability and capabilities could effectively and efficiently parlay into the DoS environment.
