All furniture must be hand-upholstered using traditional methods with hand-glued Mortise and Tenon joints featuring metal-to-metal fixings.
Construction requirements mandate exclusive use of hardwoods (oak, beech, ash, or maple) with kiln-dried moisture content of 5-10%. No softwoods, pine, or rainforest species are acceptable. All exposed and interior wood surfaces must be clear-cut and free of knots, splits, or checks; no fiberboard, particleboard, MDF, or plywood components are permitted. Furniture must be finished with anti-bacterial protective lacquer and delivered pre-assembled and packaged for warehouse storage. All dimensions must be met exactly with no acceptable variations. Chairs must be stackable for storage compatibility with existing inventory, and the contractor assumes responsibility for any damage during shipping, moving, and installation.
