About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife (ODFW) for the purchase of 200 temperature data loggers. This is a sole source solicitation pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 279B.075 and Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 125-247-0275, and the resulting purchase order will be issued to the selected vendor. The items must be delivered no later than July 15, 2022, and vendors are required to provide a delivery schedule as part of their bid proposal. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on July 8, 2022, via email, mail, or fax. ODFW will determine if any proposed alternates are "equal" to the specified brand.

The RFQ requires vendors to provide their unit cost and total cost, including all costs and delivery. Vendors must be registered in the OregonBuys system, and ODFW will consider whether the vendor is a certified firm in Oregon when making the award decision. The solicitation is limited to the jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem.
