About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife (ODFW) for the purchase of temperature data loggers for their Habitat Division at the ODFW Headquarters office. This is an intermediate-level procurement that will result in a Purchase Order, not a contract. The RFQ provides detailed specifications for the data loggers and requires bidders to submit a Mandatory Bid Proposal form with all requested information. Bids must be received by the ODFW Salem Headquarters no later than July 8, 2022, at 2:00 pm and can be submitted by mail, email, fax, or in-person delivery. The procurement will be limited to the jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem.
The RFQ specifies that this is a sole-source procurement pursuant to Oregon state law, indicating that ODFW has determined these specific data loggers are only available from a single source. No further details on pricing, funding sources, or set-asides are provided. The RFQ also states that ODFW will not be accepting any protests related to this procurement.
