About this file
This document is a policy and procedure manual for the Department of the Sheriff. It establishes the process for developing and reviewing policies and procedures within the Department. The manual is organized into seven classifications, including administration and management, personnel, business and fiscal management, inmate management, custodial and security, medical services, and facilities and living conditions. The policies are designated with a unique reference number and are applicable to the Jail and/or the House of Correction (HOC), as indicated by a suffix. The manual is available to all employees and the public, and new or revised policies are disseminated through various channels, including employee bulletin boards, shift briefings, administrative meetings, and the Department's intranet.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for the procurement of a Wascomat ironer for the state of Massachusetts. The contract details, such as quantities, response dates, award dates, and contract term, are not provided in the given information.
