About this file
This document outlines the policy and procedure for developing and maintaining the Department's policy manual. The policy manual is reviewed annually and contains policies and procedures for the daily operation of the institution, including rules and regulations for employees. The manual is accessible to all employees and the public, with new or revised policies disseminated through various channels such as bulletin boards, shift briefings, and annual in-service training. The policy development and review process is overseen by a Policy Review Committee, which represents the Department's various divisions and solicits input from all levels of staff and related criminal justice agencies.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for Fentanyl Gloves. The Department has notified the awarded vendors, and the contract is for the state of Massachusetts.
