About this file

This document is an Exhibit A Statement of Prior Experience template for a Veterans Affairs construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The template requires offerors to provide detailed information about up to three previous projects, including contract specifics, work descriptions, subcontractor details, and points of contact. Key requirements include projects completed within the last 5 years, with a focus on describing the relevance of prior work to the current solicitation.

The related federal contract opportunity involves construction projects at Lebanon and Altoona VA Medical Centers, with the VA intending to award up to 10 firm fixed-price contracts. The procurement follows a tiered evaluation approach prioritizing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), then Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses (SB). The NAICS code is 236220 with a $45 million small business size standard, and the contract has a five-year performance period or until $250 million is expended. The solicitation is expected to be issued around September 22, 2025, with all documents to be posted on SAM.gov.
