About this file
This document contains a contractor certification regarding immigration and nationality requirements for federal contractors providing services to the Department of Veterans Affairs. The contractor certification requires compliance with immigration laws enforced by the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and Department of Labor as they relate to non-immigrant foreign nationals working under contract. Contractors must not knowingly employ or subcontract with illegal aliens or foreign nationals who are in violation of their admission status. Contractors must also comply with E-Verify requirements and related federal acquisition regulations. Failure to comply may result in foreign nationals being prohibited from working on the contract or basis for termination. The contractor must obtain similar certifications from subcontractors.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 8 for CBOC Services at the West Palm Beach VAMC. No further details are provided on required products or services, response dates, or other salient information.
