About this file
This document contains a release of claims form and details of a federal contract opportunity for roof replacement services. The Program Contracting Activity Central is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervision, and other resources to reroof and reinsulate approximately 42,000 square feet of built-up roofing systems at two Department of Veterans Affairs facilities in Garland, Texas. The work includes replacing the roofs of the 22,000 square foot Medical Office Building and the 20,000 square foot warehouse. Interested contractors should review the attached documentation for additional requirement details. The release of claims form provides a template for contractors to use to release the United States from any claims upon final payment for services performed under the contract number and date listed.
