About this file
This is a Wage Determination Memo that establishes prevailing wage requirements for contractor employees supporting the VA's Community Program for Individuals and Families in Hawaii (CPIVH) initiative. The memo applies prevailing wage standards under the Davis-Bacon Act and related federal wage determination requirements to ensure compliance with labor standards for the "Boots on the Ground Services for Community Program Support" solicitation (36C26126Q0975).
The wage determination memo specifies the applicable prevailing wage rates that must be paid to employees performing services under this contract, which covers work in Hawaii, the continental United States, and U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Islands. These rates establish minimum compensation levels for various job classifications and are mandatory compliance requirements for any contractor awarded this opportunity. The memo serves as the authoritative reference document for pricing labor costs in proposals and ensures all awarded contractors maintain compliance with federal prevailing wage obligations throughout contract performance.
