About this file
This document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) related to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Arkansas Treasurer of State's Office for Global Custody Services, identified as S000000143. The RFP seeks proposals for custody services for the State of Arkansas' investment portfolio, with a focus on the ability to implement the services on the required timeline. The RFP provides details on the current investment portfolio, including holdings, market values, account structure, and transaction volumes. It also addresses specific requirements around cash management, repo trading, performance measurement, and disaster recovery. The RFP has a proposal opening date/time specified on the first page.
Regarding pricing, the RFP states that a MAP Price Sheet document will be used to evaluate the cost score, but a separate pricing model can also be provided. The terms of the resulting contract are negotiable, and the Office is open to considering alternative procedures around business recovery. The RFP also provides an account schematic and clarifies that accounting services are not within the scope of this solicitation.
