About this file
This document is an Addendum #1 to Invitation to Bid (ITB) #S-63500-00011572 for the New Bonneville Hatchery Heap Pump Systems for On-Station Houses, issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW). The project involves the installation of new heat pump systems for eight on-station houses at the Bonneville Hatchery. The scope of work includes installing seven 3-ton and one 5-ton heat pumps with compatible indoor air handlers and heat strips, as well as new programmable thermostats, line sets, and other related equipment. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 2, 2024, and the contractor must provide AHRI certification and complete the installation by November 27, 2024 for substantial completion and November 29, 2024 for final completion.
The pricing terms are not explicitly stated, but the addendum clarifies that a bid bond/security is not required, and there is an exception to the Buy America, Build America (BABA) requirement due to the type of federal funding. The document also provides answers to questions from prospective offerors regarding efficiency ratings, insurance requirements, and other contract details.
