About this file
This document is an Attachment F - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan related to RFP S-44000-00009689 for Market Stabilization Actuarial Services. The plan requires the proposer to take reasonable steps to ensure certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses have an equal opportunity to compete for and participate in any subcontracts resulting from this procurement. The proposer must indicate if they are an Oregon certified firm, provide a list of certified firms and other minority/woman/veteran/emerging small businesses they have had contractual relationships with in the last two years, and describe the steps they will take to solicit certified firms for subcontracting opportunities if awarded the contract.
The document also requires the proposer to describe any foreseeable subcontracting opportunities and their approximate dollar values, as well as whether they would be willing to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract. The information submitted will not be considered in the scored evaluation, but is required as part of the proposal submission.
