This document is an Attachment F - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for an RFP issued by the State of Oregon Department of Oregon State Police, on behalf of the Oregon Office of the State Fire Marshal, for a Structural Prep Kit Equipment Maintenance Agreement. The contract term is anticipated to be five (5) years. The RFP seeks to provide equal opportunity for certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses to participate in the performance of any subcontracts resulting from this procurement.
