About this file
This is an attachment document related to a Request for Applications (RFA) for the Ticket to Work (TTW) Program, a partnership between the State of Oregon and the Social Security Administration to implement work incentive services for SSA beneficiaries under 20 CFR Part 411. The document outlines the organizational and operational requirements for approved service providers participating in the program. Applicants must demonstrate capacity to deliver comprehensive employment services, vocational rehabilitation, and work incentive planning to eligible beneficiaries across designated service areas within Oregon. The application process requires detailed submission of organizational capacity, service delivery plans, staffing qualifications, and performance metrics. Specific response deadlines and award timelines are established to ensure timely program implementation and beneficiary enrollment.
The funding structure involves cost-reimbursement arrangements with the Social Security Administration, with compensation tied to achievement of specific outcomes including beneficiary ticket assignment, work activity engagement, and earnings milestones. Applicants must document financial stability, appropriate insurance coverage, and compliance with federal regulations governing the TTW program. Priority consideration may be given to organizations with existing experience serving SSA beneficiary populations and demonstrated success in employment outcomes. The program anticipates multi-year participation with potential renewal options contingent upon performance metrics and continued federal funding availability through the Social Security Administration's TTW initiative.
