This is a bid tabulation document from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for Emergency Service Patrol services on Route 29 at North/South locations. The solicitation, issued as Invitation to Bid (ITB) Number DOT-ITB-26-3012-CS, seeks qualified service providers to deliver emergency incident management and traffic control operations on an as-needed basis. The bid opening occurred on March 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with the posting period extending from March 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM through March 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Three bidders submitted proposals for the contract, with evaluations completed by Chad Williams and witnessed by Karen Woodham under the direction of opening official Chrissy Sims.
Three vendors submitted bids for this emergency service patrol contract: Eastern Diesel Auto Wrecker Service at $150.00, Mallory Towing & Recovery, Inc. at $173.50, and White's Wrecker Service, LLC at $140.00. The apparent award was designated for White's Wrecker Service, LLC as the lowest bidder. No binding contract exists until the Department issues a Purchase Order or written acceptance. The Department reserves the right to award to the second-lowest bidder, reject all bids, or take action in its best interest should irregularities be discovered in the awarded vendor's bid or failure to submit required bonds, insurance, or compliance with bid requirements.
