The five-year RISE IDIQ, with a total ceiling of $950 million, will support the Range Threat Systems Branch of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center. Key areas of support under the IDIQ include research, development, prototyping, production, sustainment, studies, analysis, upgrades, and software development for threat emitter systems like the Advanced Radar Threat Systems and Joint Threat Emitter programs. The RISE IDIQ solicitation is expected to be released on January 26, 2021, with proposals due on March 26, 2021 and contracts to be awarded starting July 1, 2021. The IDIQ will utilize contract types including cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-incentive-fee, and firm-price incentive-fee.
